Frequently asked questions
Can you work on a machine whose program we don't have?
In most cases, yes. We read and back up the program from the PLC and make changes based on that backup. If a device has protection (password / know-how protection), we assess it together during the survey.
Do we receive the program source file?
Yes. The current program backup and documentation are handed over to you on delivery.
