Drive, Inverter and Frequency Converter Repair

Because frequency inverters and motor drives operate under high current and heat, they are the devices most exposed to power stage, capacitor and fan failures. We repair the drive at power and control board level in our laboratory and deliver it after testing under load on motor test stands.

Which drive brands do you repair?

We repair drives from Siemens (SINAMICS, MICROMASTER), ABB, Schneider Electric (Altivar), Delta, Mitsubishi Electric, Omron / Yaskawa, Lenze, Danfoss and other common brands.

Are the parameters preserved?

Where possible we back up the parameters before repair. Having your own parameter list or backup still speeds up recommissioning.

How long does a repair take?

We do a same-day free pre-analysis; after approval most boards are repaired within 2–5 business days, tested under load and delivered.

What does the warranty cover?

We provide a 6-month warranty on all repaired boards after 100% functional testing under load.

Is the pre-analysis paid?

No. Pre-analysis and fault diagnosis are free; the repair decision is entirely yours.
