Industrial Electronic Board Repair

A faulty control board can stop an entire line, and finding a replacement can take weeks—especially for discontinued devices. In our laboratory we examine industrial electronic boards at component level, locate and replace the faulty parts, and deliver the board after testing it under load. In most cases repair is far faster and more economical than buying a new board.

Board types we repair

  • PLC CPU, I/O and communication boards
  • Frequency inverter and servo drive power / control boards
  • HMI and operator panel main boards and power boards
  • CNC and machine tool control boards
  • Machine-specific control and relay boards
  • Industrial power supply boards

Common faults we see

  • Board does not power up or blows the fuse
  • Swollen or leaking electrolytic capacitors
  • Burnt power transistor, IGBT or regulator
  • Corrosion and short circuits caused by humidity, dust or oil
  • Intermittent faults: drop-outs when warm or under vibration
  • Communication port or I/O channel not working

Repair or a new board?

During pre-analysis we tell you whether the board can be repaired and the approximate cost. If repair does not make sense we say so openly and, where possible, offer a replacement from stock or by sourcing. No repair fee is charged for boards that cannot be repaired.

How we work

  1. 01

    Fault Diagnosis

Accurate component analysis with VI impedance testers and oscilloscopes.

  2. 02

    Component Repair

Original part replacement under microscope at BGA/SMD stations.

  3. 03

    Software & Cleaning

Parameter backup, error-code reset and ultrasonic board washing.

  4. 04

    Testing Under Load

100% load testing on simulators and motor benches, plus 6-month warranty.

Frequently asked questions

How can I send my board?

Pack the board in an antistatic bag, protected against impact, and ship it to our head office / shipping address. Adding a note with your name, phone number and fault description speeds up registration.

I have no schematic—can it still be repaired?

Yes. We repair most industrial boards without schematics, using comparative measurements and component tests. If you have a working board of the same type, sending it along can speed up diagnosis.

How long does a repair take?

We do a same-day free pre-analysis; after approval most boards are repaired within 2–5 business days, tested under load and delivered.

What does the warranty cover?

We provide a 6-month warranty on all repaired boards after 100% functional testing under load.

Is the pre-analysis paid?

No. Pre-analysis and fault diagnosis are free; the repair decision is entirely yours.

Send us your request

Send the fault description and a photo of the board if available; we will reply with a free same-day pre-analysis.
