Factory Automation Field Service
Some faults cannot be brought to the lab: it is unclear which part has failed, the problem may be in the wiring or the program, or the machine must run again within minutes. With our field service we come to your factory, diagnose the fault on site and fix it immediately where possible; if needed we take the faulty module to our laboratory.
What we do on site
- On-site fault diagnosis for PLC, HMI and drive faults
- Solving program and parameter related problems
- Replacing faulty modules with spares and recommissioning

To shorten downtime
Planning program and parameter backups and spares for frequently failing modules in advance greatly shortens downtime during a breakdown. We build this list together with you during periodic maintenance visits.

Send the machine, fault and any fault code by phone or WhatsApp.

Pre-assessment
We make an initial remote assessment and prepare the needed parts and equipment.

We diagnose and fix the fault, or get the machine running with a temporary solution.

Which regions do you serve on site?
Our head office is in Sancaktepe, Istanbul and our laboratory in Gebze; we primarily provide field service in the Istanbul and Kocaeli region. For other provinces we plan your request together.
Do you offer service contracts?
Yes. For corporate customers we offer service contracts including periodic maintenance and priority support.
