Siemens SINAMICS G120 — F30011 Line Phase Loss
Raised when loss of one input phase is detected. DC-link ripple increases and the rectifier is stressed.

Symptoms
- F30011 under load
- Increased DC-link ripple
- Vibration/noise in the drive
Probable Causes
- Blown input fuse
- Loose/oxidized mains terminal
- Mains phase imbalance
- Contactor contact problem
Checkpoints
- Measure all three input phases
- Check fuses and terminals
- Inspect contactor contacts
- Assess mains balance
Solution
If mains is healthy, inspect the input rectifier stage or DC-link capacitors.
