Occurs when the drive heatsink exceeds the limit. Fan, airflow or ambient temperature are the main causes.

Probable Causes
- Fan faulty/dusty
- Air duct blockage
- High ambient temperature

- Verify fan and airflow
- Clean the heatsink
- Measure ambient temperature
Solution
The fan is replaced with an equivalent. If a temperature-sensor fault is suspected, the board is tested.
